Our onsite support provides direct assistance when problems arise. Onsite support covers the complete IT infrastructure for every eventuality, hardware, software, network or computer peripherals. Ozoid can provide a complete 24/7/365 onsite solution for any software or hardware related issues throughout London and South-East England.

There are three options for onsite support:

  • 4 hour response
  • Next working day
  • Contract cover (next day)

Ozoid guarantees a suggested solution to all problems within the first hour, replacement components not included in the cost unless covered on quarterly computer maintenance contract.

Hardware housekeeping could involve regular maintenance on your printers or simply checking each PC or server is running at optimum performance.

Software housekeeping would provide a solution to updating software and operating system patches, clearing temporary files, checking disk space and defragmenting the hard drives if necessary, checking event or backup logs.

Network housekeeping will ensure your network hardware systems are running efficiently and your security is not compromised. This involves regular monitoring and auditing of the firewall security.
