Our onsite support provides direct assistance when
problems arise. Onsite support covers the complete IT
infrastructure for every eventuality, hardware, software, network
or computer peripherals. Ozoid can provide a complete 24/7/365 onsite
solution for any software or hardware related issues throughout
London and South-East England.
There are three options for onsite
support:
Ozoid guarantees a suggested solution to all
problems within the first hour, replacement components not included
in the cost unless covered on quarterly computer maintenance contract.

Network housekeeping will ensure your network hardware systems are running
efficiently and your security is not compromised. This involves regular monitoring
